In the nearly 10 years I have been a member of this board, we have hired two superintendents. Our work with Education Consultants gave the board a feeling that every member of the team behind Mr. Frizzel was working with him to find the best fit of a superintendent for our co-operative district. Not only did we feel he wanted the school to have the correct person, but wanted the person being hired to know exactly what type of district they would be acquiring.
Your personal expertise in the Washington State School System and the Laws of the State enable you to understand what districts and superintendents have to deal with. You are up-front about details, yet considerate and understanding of the board’s questions and concerns. Once a superintendent was chosen, you remained in contact to be certain everything worked out during the district and superintendent’s transition.
